Excelsior! (if you got that, you are a big big big dork. Like me.)
Happy Birthday to Matthew! This year he celebrates the beginning of a new decade in his life! The festivities began with a trip to NY for the Comic Con this past weekend and will continue for a full week. Much like a religious ceremony, we celebrate the birth of Matthew over a series of 7 days (on the 7th, we mostly rest). Today marks his actual birth, and the middle of the festivities. It’s like a marathon, not…
Aw, jeez. I’m through writing this. It doesn’t even make sense to me. I was trying to make it work, but I feel like I let you all down. I’m done. Over.
(Happy Birthday, Matthew! May your cake be moist!)

Hey all– just wanted to drop a quick note to everybody to say Merry Christmas (and, for our British colony fans– Happy Boxing Day!).
Hope everybody is having a great holiday!

Hey all, we’re still at the beach having a grand time. Also, Brian has done some magic that will allow everyone to post comments again. Sorry about that– something went kablooey at our hosting company, but we should be back on-line completely now.

Hey guys,
Once you’ve watched this week’s vlog entry you might be a little confused, so I wanted to post a follow-up here. On Sunday, comic artist Mike Wieringo passed away at a pretty young age. I knew Wieringo best from his stellar run on Fantastic Four with writer Mark Waid. His loss will be felt greatly amongst the comic and art communities.
His family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Hero Initiative in his name. If you want to learn more about The Hero Initiative, visit their website or watch the very end of this week’s vlog entry as writer Paul Jenkins describes what it’s all about.
You can find out more about Mike Wieringo at his website.
