Network2 Contest
Posted March 29th, 2007 by jeff in NewsHey all! It’s been a couple of days, but we’ve been pretty busy, so we haven’t had much time to post this. g14 productions is honored to have been chosen as an honorable mention in Network2’s “How To Watch Internet TV?” competition. You can check out our entry here, and the winners and other honorable mentions here. Mad propz (with a z!) to everybody at Network2, Jeff Pulver, Chris Brogan, and everybody who entered the competition.

Congratz (with a z)! I’m so proud of you guys! I mean, you deserve to win, but this is awesome. Personal disintest in contests/awards aside, I certainly enjoy the fact that my brilliant and talented friends are able to enter these things and create a ripple. It makes me a little more swell by association. So thankz (with a z) for that!
Side note to Jeff: I may start ending totally inappropriate words with “z”s. Like “notebookz,” for instancez. It gets hard to stop. z.

I forgot to thank everybody who worked on this piece with us, so here goes… If I leave somebody off, well, tough cookies. You know how to post here.
Joey, Cassandra, Ho, Kent, Nice Doctor Man who thought Cassandra was dying and tried to save her life, Ho’s Mom (for delicious cookies!), Ho’s Dad for NOT yelling cut during one of our takes, faulty ropes, Toaster, M&M minis and the nice lady who gave us the old beat up wheelchair– you all rockz (with a z!).
I tried to post this with my anti-spam word being “crack” instead of “cracker”. It didn’t accept it. Damn you, Nancy Reagan and your “Just Say No!” campaign!!! DAMN YOU!

However Jeff, since we’re thanking everybody on the NETWORK2 PIECE, then we should probably thank the following people:
Joey, Ho, Kent, Cassandra, and Dave.
Jeff’s list of thanks is for the Suicide Solutions piece, for which we haven’t (yet) won anything, but which wouldn’t have been possible without Libby Sullivan, who wrote it.
If only Nancy Reagan’s campaign had been more effective. :)

Hi guys.
I know you’re busy. Working, having personal lives, making lovely short films, commuting, etc. . . Still, for those of your fans who have none of those swell things, some new posts would really improve the quality of our lives. Thanks and have a happy day!
